Outreach to the Community and Area
You’re welcome to join the Outreach Committee who meets on the third Tuesdays at 7:00 PM each month. We plan and discuss a variety of outreach projects by our members for the community at large, but you don’t have to be a member to help out. Here are some examples of what we are now doing:
Gathering household supplies for the Community Supply Cupboard, a direct service to Conneaut Lake community that our church disperses on the first Thursdays each month to those who have need
Gathering non-perishable food items each month that are provided to persons in need in the community through the Conneaut Lake Samaritans group
Missions in the Community and Area
The Missions Committee meets on the second Mondays at 7:00 PM each month. Please join with us to plan, participate, and promote this vital ministry as Christ’s message is spread locally.
Through Faith Promise gifts our Church family supports Life Building Ministries that devotes its efforts to assist troubled men. In Erie County the Erie Alliance – Refuge is aided. The Faith Promise gifts go in financial support of the United Methodist Church camp, Wesley Woods.
