Email addresses on websites are harvested by automated software called, "email harvesters."

To protect email addresses posted on this website from email harvesting software, the email addresses are posted in this format:

username[at sign @ here]userisp.com

Translates to: usernamee@userisp.com

So when you see this: username[at sign @ here]userisp.com and you want to send email to that person you would type it into your email client at this: usernamee@userisp.com

Better example:
john[at sign @ here]windstream.net is typed into your email to send as this:
john@windstream.net

In other words;
This: [at sign @ here] becomes
this: @
